E-commerce Specialist


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping coordination.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns and exchanges.
  • Respond to business inquiries, including price quotes, product information, and sample requests.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the Shopify website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online shopping experience.
  • Monitor website performance and conduct regular site audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Generate data reports and conduct statistical analysis to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and design, to support overall business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including data privacy and payment processing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, communication, administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in speaking Chinese Mandarin is considered a valuable asset for this role.
  • 1-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on operations and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant e-commerce tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

Digital Marketing Specialist: 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Manage and optimize our Shopify e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.
  • Create and curate engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques to refine our strategies continuously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and sales, to achieve marketing objectives and support overall business goals.
  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future efforts.
  • Manage our email marketing strategy, including list segmentation, email design, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Ensure our brand message is consistent and engaging across all digital marketing channels.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in speaking Chinese Mandarin is considered a valuable asset for this role.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on e-commerce and multi-channel strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce best practices.
  • Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, and various digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling content.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, such as MailChimp or Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.

    Job Duties

     

    • Data entry
    • Office administration
    • Document organizing and filing
    • Oversea purchasing and replenishment
    • Prepare product sales sheet to teams
    • Processes associated with incoming and outgoing materials and products
    • Prepare and follow up the contract
    • Maintain and enter/ close PO (purchase order) files

     

    Qualifications:

     

    • Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an asset
    • Experience working with an ERP system
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • 1-2 years of purchasing experience will be preferred
    • Experience in similar industry administration would be an asset but not required.
    • Be able to speak Mandarin and English (both verbal & written communication)
